A magical metamorphosis
You provoked it.
Have a peaceful Friday, adventurer!
I certainly will.
I had enough hustle and bustle last week.
And also a lot of emotional turmoil.
As you know, I was at CometCon, the largest alternative entertainment event in northern Spain.
That's where I started my journey three years ago.
Today, many things have changed.
A second-rate wizard

I’m still quite proud of the banners.
There I was.
Young and tender.
And after my hairdresser went way overboard cutting the left side of my hair too short.
And I had to go to another salon to get it fixed.
I was a nervous wreck.
With a tablecloth covered in sponge-printed stars.
Some stickers.
And a few prints.
At that time, I was just an illustrator trying to sell my drawings.
In fact, although I had some dice on display, they were just for decoration.
I didn't know where all that was going to take me.
An invisible wizard

Here's my booth, but I had to take the photo myself. My Saul/Goblin/Minion couldn't make it that day.
Screens, dice, and even a mimic.
I am proud to see how much my booth has changed.
It reflects how the project and I have evolved.
How we have grown.
Irene the Illustrator started from scratch, crossing her fingers that people would like her drawings.
Irene the Wizard is now talking to you and more than 500 people like you, who faithfully follow her week after week.
I like to think that this is also reflected in my booth.
A very friendly wizard

A picture to make up for my previous absence.
But there is one feeling that remains my favorite, convention after convention.
Sitting at the booth and seeing a familiar face.
They stop to say hello and tell me about their adventures in Barovia, or the new setting they are creating.
Also, seeing someone for the first time who only knew me through the newsletter.
They tell us that their Dungeon Master is a big fan of ours and that after hearing so much about us, they ended up joining.
Thank you to those Dungeon Masters and players who recommend us!
I am very proud of my work, but even more so of the community I am building with you.
Passionate role-players with a taste for aesthetics.
A wizard with tricks

Here's what you don't see while I'm at my booth:
Coffee to keep me awake and smiling.
Scissors to cut stickers during downtime and always have stock.
Packs of magnets to quickly pack up the screens.
Money in a black box (or is it a mimic to catch unwise thieves?).
I hide them behind my GM screen, because they work just the same.
Hidden tools that make everything flow perfectly.
If you'd like to have that feeling while you're directing, you know that my GM screens come with a GM's Workshop on the inside.
An original illustration full of tips that will make you a better storyteller, creating unforgettable games for your players.

And if you request one before September 30 at 11:59 p.m., you'll get a free bonus.
The Master's Survival Kit, an eBook that elaborates on the tips on the screen, with examples you can apply to your games.
Send us an email and we'll explain how to acquire it.
Bountiful quests and successful rolls!

P.S.: Have we met at a convention? How much has the booth changed since then?
