Coming to meet you!
This weekend I'll attend to the Japan Weekend in Madrid
Welcome, adventurer!
Would you like to see the artifacts I make with your own eyes?
This weekend I'll be at Japan Weekend in Madrid. Yes, yes, tomorrow and the day after.
If you're around, come say hi and tell me a little about your role-playing games, which always interest me.
Now I'm going to explain how a craftswoman prepares for an event with thousands of people.
But it will be quick, my carriage is leaving soon!
The basics always work
The first step isn't very innovative, I know.
But that doesn't make it any less effective.
Make. A. List.

Yes, it's basic.
But you don't want to find yourself in Switzerland one day, unable to speak the language and without your card reader charger, unable to take card payments š¬
Filling my Bag of Holding
I wish I had one, but they're not legal on this plane.
So, I'll just stick with my two huge suitcases filled to the brim with merchandise.
The complicated part isn't even the three-dimensional Tetris game I have to play.
It's wrapping everything in well-padded fabric so that it arrives intact.

Celebrating perfect mental health after managing to fit everything into two suitcases.
Now, getting there, unwrapping it, and seeing that everything is still perfect is like opening a gift.
Find yourself a friend with a mount
The best rides on this plane are called āvans.ā
And luckily, I have a couple of very talented and kind friends who always offer to transport my belongings.
Breo Ćlvarez paints pictures while his hair blows in the wind.
If you like Sanderson, you should stop by his booth at the con.
Solombra can turn your room into a witchy place with just one of her paintings. She won't be at her booth at this event, but you can say hi from us if you stop by Breo's.
But what's inside the suitcases?
That's right.
Let's see, lots of paraphernalia that isn't interesting: markers, paper, string, tape... You know.
But also all of this:
This week I won't keep you any longer, as I'd rather tell you all about the event.
See you in Madrid.
Successful quests and better rolls!

P.S.: Here's a map of where I'll be. I hope you donāt have to roll for Survival to read it!
