🦉I traded the grimoire for sunglasses

Welcome back, adventurer!

This week’s post is going to be a short one, because,

I’m going on vacation!

It’s amazing I’m going on a trip without having to lug around a ton of merchandise.

Just countless drawing and sewing supplies.

What can I say? My hobbies are creative, too.

But I want to use this newsletter to give you a sneak peek at my plans for Irene’s Grimoire for the second half of the year.

I can't cover everything.

This year has been amazing,I’ve traveled a lot and met so many people at events across Spain and Europe.

But this has come at a very high cost for me.

I’ve ended up completely exhausted, and projects that are important to me have been put on hold.

Yes, I’m looking at you, Kickstarter for the character journal.

So for the rest of the year, I’ve decided to drastically cut back on events so I can be more present for you online and create more awesome projects that I’m sure will blow your mind.

You’ll still be able to find me at Infrefest, Comet Con, and SAGA Barcelona Game Fest (and, with a little luck, at MCM London again).

But that’s it,I swear.

It's time to take on Kickstarter

My eternal enemy.

The source of both my worst nightmares and my greatest desires.

After so many trips, I can finally devote myself to the campaign journal Kickstarter project with peace of mind.

I’ll keep you updated on my progress throughout the summer, but right now this is my top priority, and I’m working on it with great enthusiasm (and a little fear).

¿Do you remember this old friend?

If you've been reading me for a while, you'll know that this is a project I've had on hold for a long time, but I finally have the time not only to make a really cool notebook but also to design some rewards worthy of a Kickstarter campaign.

More projects in the works…

You know I’m a whirlwind of ideas, and even though these projects don’t have a set date on the calendar, they’re things I’d love to do.

First of all, I’m tired of running Strahd’s Curse with my dragons DM screen.

I mean, they’re my babies, and I’m very proud of them.

But they’re not exactly scary.

So I have a sketch lying around the workshop so I can play the Dark Lord with the right DM screen.

On the other hand, our digital products are taking the world by storm this year, and I love reading all the comments about how they’re helping people, so I want to make more.

I have some really cool ideas for character condition cards and D&D area effect cards, but I’m always open to what my adventurers’ club needs.

So if you have any ideas for a tool that would be useful in your games, click the little button and tell me what you want, with a little luck, we’ll make it happen.

And that’s all for today. There won’t be a newsletter next week because I’ll be too busy taking baths, petting kittens, and sewing amazing and cahotic clothes.

But I’ll be back full of energy and with lots of cool things to show you.

Until then,

Successful quests and better rolls.
